Management consultations are sessions with supervisors who have concerns regarding an employee’s job performance or personal issue. Coaching is a proactive management tool designed to enhance and develop awareness and leadership. Team assessments, development, focus groups, and conflict mediation promote communication among employees in order to improve the effectiveness of the work unit.
