New Jersey State Police Seeking Public's Assistance with Locating Missing Man

Pennsauken Township, N.J. - The New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit and Pennsauken Township Police Department are seeking the public's assistance with locating Cesar Leal, 52, of Pennsauken Township, N.J.

Mr. Leal was last seen on Sunday September 13, at approximately 11:00 a.m., by family members at his residence in the area of 45th Street in Pennsauken Township, Camden County.

Mr. Leal is described as a Hispanic male, 5'1", 160 pounds, with curly black hair and hazel eyes. He suffers from a mental disability.

He was last seen wearing a blue short sleeve tee-shirt, black basketball shorts with a blue stripe, black ankle socks, and flip flops.

Mr. Leal is known to frequent local parks in the Pennsauken and Merchantville Township area in Camden County.
