After further investigation, troopers linked Degoulet-Deoliveira to the robbery after he was found in possession of a knife and stolen cash.
Charles Degoulet-Deoliveira was charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, theft, possession of heroin, and DWI. He was lodged at the Warren County Jail pending a bail detention hearing.
