NJSP Seeking Volunteers for Domestic Violence Response Teams

West Trenton - The New Jersey State Police and partnering domestic violence advocacy groups are seeking volunteers for Domestic Violence Response Teams (DVRT) in Burlington County, specifically for the Red Lion State Police patrol area.

Volunteers must attend a free mandatory, 40-hour training course, possess a valid driver’s license, be willing to serve on an on-call shift basis, and submit to a background investigation and fingerprinting. This training is tentatively scheduled to begin this spring, and will be held at LeisureTowne in Southampton, NJ.
