Alcohol Involvement

Of the 19 pedalcyclist fatalities, 14 were tested. The 4 pedalcyclists had alcohol contents of .250%, .150%, .096% and .010%. One pedalcyclist tested positive for drugs and the remaining nine returned negative. The remaining five pedalcyclists were not tested due to age factors, delayed deaths and various other reasons.
