Intake
Unit The Intake Unit is responsible for the intake
and documentation of all complaints made to or forwarded to
the Office of Professional Standards.
This Unit also monitors the status of all internal investigations
to ensure timeliness and integrity.
Staff
Inspection Unit The Staff Inspection Unit conducts
unannounced periodic field inspections of all facilities and
personnel. The Unit's function is to assure compliance with
Division policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and
